Vladimir D. Novaković
Lawyer Vladimir D. Novaković was born in 1991 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade with a high average grade. During his studies, he wrote several seminar and professional papers, some of which were specially awarded. Along with his studies, he worked as a volunteer in the First Basic Court in Belgrade. After graduating from university, he completed his internship at the law office of Goran Petronijević, where he distinguished himself as a member of the defense team of defendants before the Tribunal in The Hague. During the internship, he acquires a solid foundation and builds great practical knowledge that is essential for practicing law.

LAW OF OBLIGATION - COMPENSATION OF DAMAGES AND CONTRACTS
Legal protection and disputes in the area of compensation for material and non-material damage (compilation of compensation claims and representation of injured parties before insurance companies, and on this occasion filing lawsuits and representation before courts). Drafting and interpretation of all types of contracts in the field of civil law: sales contract, lease contract, loan contract, gift contract, service contract, service contract, contract for life support, contract for assignment and distribution of property during life.

Filing a lawsuit for divorce, drawing up a proposal for an amicable divorce, drafting marriage contracts, filing a lawsuit for maintenance, deprivation of parental rights, representation in procedures for protection against domestic violence, filing a lawsuit for the division of marital property, deprivation of legal capacity and placement under guardianship.
